Abstract

|
The double uterus associated with unilateral imperforate vagina and ipilateral renal agenesis is a vary rare anomaly, Embryologically, it seems that this anomaly comes from abnormal development of the mesonephric and mullerian ducts. Interestingly, renal agenesis is always found on the same side of the obstructed vagina in all previous case reports. We experienced a case of double uterus associated with unilateral imperforate vagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis and report with brief review of literatures.
